Hot Press Forming (HPF)
We operate 2 lines of 1,200-ton presses. Boron steel heated to 950℃ is press-formed and quench-hardened simultaneously to produce 1,500MPa-class ultra-high-strength body parts, achieving both weight reduction and crash safety.
Laser Cutting
With 14 units of TRUMPF TruLaser Cell 3D laser equipment, we precisely trim and pierce formed parts, handling even complex geometries with high accuracy.
Body Reinforcement Parts
We reliably supply body reinforcement parts such as B-pillars, side sills, and roof rails—components requiring crash safety and weight reduction—to automaker partners.
